Return Policy

Business Professional General Trading L.L.C. (BizPro) will consider refunding or exchanging products that you return within seven days of the date of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are offered at the discretion of BizPro, under the following terms and conditions:

  • The products has a fault that wouldn’t normally have been detected at the time they bought it; (hidden fault)
  • The product is not the same as described by the salesperson, or this web site, or on a label or sign, or in an advertisement, or does not match the sample they were shown;
  • The product is not suitable for the customer’s intended use as described by the salesperson or by the description on this web site before they bought it.
  • The customer must produce the original invoice when claiming a refund or exchange.
  • The original box and packaging should be returned undamaged and in resalable condition.
  • If the returned Item includes stored data/information/pictures in any storage device, BizPro takes no responsibility for the transfer of this data to any other device and is not liable for any loss of data, information or pictures.
  • The delivery cost back to BizPro is at the expense of the customer..

“No Refund or Exchange” Products

The Department of Economic Development Dubai has stated that the following situations do not provide grounds for refund or exchange of certain goods:

  • If the customer changes their mind after purchasing the item
  • If the item is free from any defect

Accordingly, in these situations, BizPro does not offer any return or exchange on the following items:

  • Software
